Below are the levels of membership, with varying obligations and privileges according to rank

Apprentice:	1 - Lowest	None	Study the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality as revealed by the Seer	Formal commitment
Associate:	2	Fellowship	Attend Church activities Encourage, nurture, and support apprentices	Understanding of Paradigm of Transcendent Reality Acceptance of the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality Member or higher recommendation Formal presentation to Church Elder approval
Member:	3	Participation in Church ceremony	Perform duties and functions assigned by Elders Monitor associates and apprentices Tithe	Understanding of Church organization and principal Sworn allegiance to the Church Elder or higher recommendation Formal presentation to Church Council of Elders approval
Elder	4	Management of Church	Accept and execute responsibilities and offices assigned by the Council of Elders	Mastery of the Paradigm of Transcendent Reality Proven responsibility and leadership in Church affairs Council of Elders or higher approval
Sage	6	Special Counsel	Advise on areas of expertise or vision	Exceptional or special wisdom recognized by the Council or Seer
Council of Elders	5	Set organization structure, policies and procedures	Set Church policies and procedures Set operating budget Authorize programs Appoint office heads Otherwise act as Board of Directors Follow principals of the Paradigm Follow the dictum of the Seer	Sage or Exceptional Elder Approval of Council of Elders Approval of Seer

Seer	8 - Highest	Ultimate temporal authority	Interpret the Will of the One, Resolve issues of Morality, Resolve issues, disputes, and dissention within the temporal manifestation of the Paradigm	After the founding Seer, subsequent Seers may be appointed by the retiring Seer, or if none so appointed, selected by the Council of Elders, if a suitable candidate exists.
