VIEWER COMMENTS POLICY

Wachovia vs. Mouer

There are more than 100+ separate web pages on this website, some nested two or three levels deep in organized hyperlinks.  The main menu itself has nearly 40 different topics.  Viewer comment sections will be scattered throughout the website at the end of the web page or article, where you can add your input, argument, praise, criticism, or other comment on the article or subject presented.  I only ask that you stay fairly on topic.

Providing user comments  is my intention.  But it is a work-in-progress.  I created this site by myself, and I maintain it by myself.  So if an article doesn't have a viewer comments section yet, then be patient -- I'll eventually get around to it.

Some topics are scholarly -- rather long (anywhere from ten to eighty pages or more in length), and may be presented in PDF format (a document that must be downloaded).  In such cases I may present the comments bar on a web page, but the article will only consist of a hyperlink to a ,pdf document.  Some browsers will automatically open a .pdf file in the browser, but others may require you to download the file and open it separately.

I am not a politically correct person, so you are free to disagree with the article(s) and express your opinions as you see fit.  However, I reserve the right to truncate or summarize long-winded comments, or delete them altogether if, in my sole opinion, they are not germane, or add nothing to the subject matter, or are purely ad hominem attacks.   I also may relocate comments that are not placed under the relevant article or webpage.

I may also delete posts of individuals carrying on an irrelevant conversation(s).

I value differing opinions, but I do ban trolls (a person whose sole thrill in life is to make silly or inane comments) and those whose purpose (in my sole opinion) is disruptive, meant to intimidate, or intended to silence opposing viewpoints.
